Sales Training & Coaching in Delft
Why here
Technically strong people often sell badly for exactly the reason they are good: they know too much and want to share it. Within three minutes the conversation turns technical, while the manager across the table has a budget, a risk and an incumbent supplier. Our blocks train that directly, with one hard rule: the first five minutes are about his problem, not about your solution. We also train two moments that reliably go wrong in Delft tracks. The first is the pilot: agreeing in advance what it must deliver, who judges it and what happens afterwards. The second is price — naming it and then saying nothing, which for someone used to explaining is almost unbearable. Then we coach in a rhythm, reviewing real calls together.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Listening in on real conversations and walking through your recent proposals comes first. From that we pull where it tips — usually at the opening and at the next step. That becomes the training plan, tuned to your technology and your buyer. In the weeks after come the first blocks, with role-plays on the objections that genuinely come up at your company. Then coaching continues in a rhythm.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our founder sells better than anyone and is at the same time the bottleneck. What can you do?
We extract what is transferable from his conversations and write it down: the opening, the questions he asks, the way he handles an objection. Then we train others on it and have him observe rather than join in. That last part is the hardest, because stepping in during a call feels faster than letting someone do it themselves.
-
Can you teach our engineers to sell, or should we hire someone for it?
Often both, in that order. Engineers train well on qualification and on holding a technical conversation without disappearing into it; that makes them valuable at the table. Sustaining follow-up and asking for a decision is harder, and there a salesperson is usually the better choice. We assess per person what is realistic.
