Sales Automation & CRM in Ghent
Why here
A pipeline that only knows quotes does not fit a Ghent technology company. Between first conversation and order sits an evaluation or a pilot running for months, and that step has to be its own stage with its own exit criterion, or it sits in your reporting as 'in progress' for half a year. We model it as a real object: who runs the evaluation, which result is needed, which budget year the decision falls in. On the industrial side, audit status and the review date of a supply contract come on top. And because the customer is often in Germany or the United States, every contact gets a language, so follow-up does not leave in the wrong one. The largest effect usually sits elsewhere: the system forces what the founder knows into fields, which finally gives a new salesperson something to start from.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
From first contact to delivered evaluation, we map how it actually runs today, including where the work gets stuck. Then we fix the data model, including the evaluation as its own object with milestones and an expected budget year. After approval you click through a working design. In the weeks after we connect mailbox, calendar and your quoting flow, and set up reporting on the steps you can genuinely steer.
Frequently asked questions
-
Everything sits in a spreadsheet and in the founder's head right now. Can that be moved?
Yes, but not in one go and not without a conversation. We go through the live deals and migrate what genuinely matters: who is involved, which step is running, what was promised and when. Anything dormant for two years we deliberately leave behind. We keep the export until you confirm the overview is right, so nothing is lost while the system is being set up.
-
Can evaluations and industrial audits stay in the same pipeline?
In the same system yes, in the same pipeline preferably not. The steps differ too much: an evaluation ends in a technical result, an audit cycle in a place on an approved supplier list. We build two pipelines with their own stages and one shared report over the top, so you get a single picture at board level without the definitions blurring.
What you invest depends on what we build. The homepage says where it starts.
