Sales Automation & CRM in Bruges
Why here
For a Bruges port supplier a classic deal pipeline is almost empty and therefore useless: ten names, two movements a year, and nobody looking at it any more. We invert the setup and make the account plan the main object. Per account it holds who sits on the decision team, when the contract expires, which technical requirement applies and what has changed since the last contact; those expiry dates raise the tasks themselves, well before a round is announced. For the city side we build something alongside it that few systems offer: a season calendar that ramps prospecting tasks up in the quiet months and dials them down when your customers have no time. That removes the pattern where prospecting is the first thing dropped as soon as it gets busy. Everything runs in your environment and your company owns it, code included.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
What is currently known per account and where it lives gets mapped first — usually scattered across mailboxes and quote folders. Then we model the account plan as objects with fields that drive something, and set up the season rules for the second market. A first working design is ready for you after approval. In the weeks after we connect mailbox, calendar and quoting flow and set up reporting on intermediate steps rather than on revenue alone.
Frequently asked questions
-
Is a CRM worth the investment with ten deals a year?
Not for the deals themselves, but certainly for the preparation. The value sits in what you retain between two rounds: who said what, which requirement was added, why the previous supplier won. Today that disappears into mailboxes and is lost entirely the moment somebody leaves. On top of that your second market runs on volume, and there the system pays for itself in duplicate contacts that stop happening.
-
Can the system take our season into account?
Yes, and it is often the part that makes the biggest difference. We record per customer type when approaching makes sense and when it does not, and the system schedules tasks accordingly: in the quiet months prospecting ramps up, at peak it largely stops and the work shifts to follow-up and quotes. That way nobody has to remember in November that it is time to start calling again.
