Outbound & Cold Outreach in Mechelen
Why here
Running outbound from a Benelux office hits an obstacle an ordinary company never meets: the domain is not yours. DNS for the corporate domain is administered by group IT, often in another country and under a strict policy, and that team does not enjoy receiving a request for SPF and DKIM records on a Thursday afternoon. We handle that up front with a separate sending domain and a reasoned request your IT colleagues can approve, keeping your main domain out of the firing line. The sequence then runs in two languages alongside the calling, off one list and carrying one message. And because your account managers work the same market, we agree in advance which companies are theirs: nothing damages a relationship faster than a cold email to a customer who has bought from you for ten years.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Boundaries and sending setup fill week one: requesting a separate sending domain, getting SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place, and stripping existing relationships out of the list with your account managers. In week two we write the opening message, two follow-ups and the call script, in Dutch and in French, carrying the same message in both. Once the sending domain is warming, a small volume goes out and the first calling blocks begin. Every week we review which list and which time slot produced conversations.
Frequently asked questions
-
Group IT manages our domain. Can we still run outbound?
Yes, and it is actually wiser. For outbound you are better off using a separate sending domain than your main one anyway, because a sequence that lands badly would otherwise hit your everyday business mail. We hand IT the request ready to go: which domain, which records, and why it does not cut across their policy. In practice it is a short change they execute themselves, and they keep the control they want to keep.

Which language do we use for a company in Brussels or Walloon Brabant?
We decide that per contact, not per postcode. In Brussels part of the commercial conversation happens in French and part in Dutch or English, and the choice depends on the person, the role and sometimes the parent company. We store that choice as a field on the list and let the call script and the sequence follow it, rather than guessing and leaving half your market unanswered.
What you invest depends on what we build. The homepage says where it starts.
