Sales Automation & CRM in The Hague
Why here
For companies supplying the public sector, the CRM is first and foremost a calendar. What you keep is not just who you spoke to, but which agreement runs where, which lot you are in, how many extension options remain, and when preparation for the next round starts. That calls for records most systems do not offer by default: the agreement itself, the further request inside that agreement, and the organisational unit doing the calling off — because a ministry is not a customer but a collection of departments with their own budgets. Alongside that we record the contact history in a way that stays traceable: who spoke to whom, when, about what, with the date attached. That is not administrative luxury here. When questions arise about the cleanliness of a procedure, a recorded sequence of conversations is your only calm answer.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
The first step is finding out where your running agreements are currently recorded. In practice that means a spreadsheet held by one person and a folder of PDFs. We turn those into records with an end date, extension options and the unit doing the calling off, and attach a task rule that fires well before the next window. Then we set up how contact moments are logged, so your reps fill in three fields after a conversation instead of typing up a report.
Frequently asked questions
-
We are in a framework agreement with several lots. Can a CRM handle that?
Yes, as long as you model the lot as its own level rather than as a text field. We model the agreement, beneath it the lots you are admitted to, and beneath those the further requests that come along inside them. Each request then becomes its own opportunity with its own cycle, while reporting per lot shows where you win and where you consistently come second. Without that structure the individual requests disappear into one large file.

Do our conversations with civil servants really all have to be logged?
For your own position, yes, it is wise. It is not about write-ups but about a trail: date, role, subject and the agreed next step. That costs a rep half a minute and produces two things. A colleague taking the deal over does not start blind, and if questions ever arise about how a contact went, you have a factual overview instead of a reconstruction from memory. We design those fields so that filling them in is faster than skipping them.
