Sales Automation & CRM in Westland
Why here
A deal with a start date and an end date: that is what a standard CRM assumes. In fresh-produce trade that does not hold: the customer is a recurring buyer whose volume moves week by week, and the question is not whether he buys but how much and under which agreement. We model that as a relationship with a delivery rhythm, so a salesperson can see on the call what was actually delivered last week and where it diverges from the agreement. Alongside sits the technology side, with accounts that stay open for eighteen months and carry the cropping cycle, the heat position and the financing question. Two data models in one system, connected to your order and invoice flow. What we build becomes your company's property, source code included — for a family firm that built its customer base over two generations, that is not a detail.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Inventory fills the first weeks: which steps does an order really go through, who records what, and where does the price agreement live. Once we have the go-ahead, your first design is live, so you click through something real instead of looking at a diagram. After that we connect systems in order of how much manual work each one removes — usually mailbox and calendar first, then the order flow.
Frequently asked questions
-
We work with day prices and weekly agreements. Can a CRM handle that?
Only if you build it for that. We record a price agreement as something with a validity period and an owner, not as a field someone overwrites. On the call the salesperson then sees which agreement is running, since when, and what was actually taken in recent weeks. Deviations arrive as a task instead of in a spreadsheet.

Our technology sales run for more than a year. How do you keep such an account alive in a system?
By giving the account the grower's rhythm instead of your quarter's. Per account we record which phase of the cropping cycle the customer is in, when the financing is reviewed and which touchpoint belongs to that. The system turns it into a task automatically, so an eighteen-month track does not stall because everyone was busy.
What you invest depends on what we build. The homepage says where it starts.
