Sales Automation & CRM in Rotterdam
Why here
Most CRM systems assume a company with a contact and a deal. In Rotterdam industry that model is only half right: you sell to the same company three times a year, but each time for a different project, a different site or a different vessel, with a different technical contact and sometimes a different buyer. Force that into one deal record and you lose the thread at the first repeat enquiry. We put the project or the installation in as its own record alongside the company, carrying the specifications, the parts used and the expiry dates of certificates. Onto that we attach the second thing that matters here: the framework contract with its call-offs and its end date, with a reminder that creates a task well before that date. And because fast trade on the industrial estates moves at an entirely different pace, it gets a second, shorter pipeline on the same data model.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Where the knowledge about an installation actually lives at your company is the first thing we work out. Usually that is a folder on a network drive, a mailbox, and the head of one engineer. From that we distil the data model: company, site, project or installation, contract. We then build the first version and you click through it yourself with a genuinely running project in it, because judging an empty system is impossible. Only after that do we connect your quoting and invoicing flow.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our quotes hang on technical specifications and drawings. Can a CRM handle that?
Yes, provided you attach it to the right record. We link documents to the installation or the project rather than to the deal, because the deal is closed a year later while the installation is still standing. On a repeat enquiry your inside sales team opens the project and immediately sees which version was delivered at the time, which drawing revision applies, and who the technical contact was. That removes the search that today usually starts in somebody's mailbox.

How do we stop finding out about an expiring framework contract only after a competitor is already in?
By making the end date a task instead of a fact. For every contract we record when it expires and how much preparation your process needs, and at that moment the system creates a task for the right person automatically. We use the same rule for certifications that lapse and for call-offs falling behind what was agreed. Nobody has to remember it, and that is the whole point.
