Sales Automation & CRM in Amsterdam
Why here
Sell to international companies in Amsterdam and sooner or later you hit a data model that was never built for it. The same client is in there twice: once as a Dutch subsidiary with an address in Zuidoost, once as a European entity with a postal address somewhere else. Two reps work on what each believes is a separate opportunity. We model that relationship explicitly, with a parent-subsidiary link in the system and a field recording which layer carries the mandate. Two things hang off that which matter a great deal in this city. First, the working language per contact, so automated follow-up does not arrive in Dutch at a buyer in England. Second, the status of the supplier review that financial and legal firms here run as standard: which documents were submitted, when they expire, who assessed them. At the next request you are not starting over.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Your sales process goes on paper as it actually runs today, including the moment a case goes quiet because someone is waiting on an answer from abroad. The data model follows from that: the group structure, the working language per contact, and the fields for the supplier review. Once we have the green light, your first design is live, so you click through it instead of reviewing a diagram. After that we connect whatever removes the most manual work.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our biggest clients appear twice in the CRM: the Dutch subsidiary and the European parent. How do you clean that up?
Not by merging them into one record, because you lose that at the next invoice. We record the relationship instead: two entities, one account carrying the revenue, the touchpoints and the open deals. Open either one and you immediately see what is happening on the other side and who holds the mandate there. For your reps it means the question of who owns this account has exactly one answer.

We also sell to trading companies around Schiphol and Sloterdijk. Does the same system work for both?
The same system, yes; the same pipeline, no. A trading company where the owner signs moves through three stages in a week; an international group takes months and needs fields that would only get in the way for the first type. We put two pipelines with their own stage definitions on one data model, so your reporting adds up without your reps filling in forms that have nothing to do with their work.
