Sales Automation & CRM in Haarlem
Why here
In a network-driven Haarlem company, introducing a CRM is ninety per cent a migration project. The client knowledge sits in the owner's phone, the quotes in a folder on a network drive, the agreements in a mailbox and the rest in somebody's memory. Bringing that together is the real work; configuring pipeline stages afterwards takes an afternoon. So we start at the sources and build one relationship base in which it is clear who owns which record. The second principle is restraint. Plenty of Waarderpolder companies once switched on a CRM that died because filling it in was more work than it returned. We keep the number of required fields small, let calendar and mailbox capture whatever they can capture on their own, and only expand once the usage proves itself.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Inventory and consolidation come first: contacts from phones, quotes from folders, agreements from mailboxes. Duplicates are removed; anything unclear is put to you. We then write out the sales process as it actually runs and put the first build live, with a small number of required fields. After that we connect mailbox, calendar and the quoting flow, so most of the upkeep happens on its own.
Frequently asked questions
-
We tried a CRM once and nobody filled it in. Why would this be different?
Because the order is reversed. Usually a package is chosen first and its content invented afterwards, so everyone fills in fields without knowing what for. We start from which numbers you want to see every week and work back to the smallest set of fields that produces them. Whatever the mailbox and calendar can record by themselves is something nobody has to type.
-
Our quotes come out of an estimating spreadsheet. Can that live in the CRM?
Connecting is usually wiser than replacing. In construction and manufacturing companies, years of knowledge sit in that estimating file, and you do not want to overturn it for a sales system. We make a sent quote appear automatically as an opportunity in the CRM, with amount, version and expiry date, plus a task for follow-up. The calculation stays where it is; only the status becomes visible.
