Sales Training & Coaching in Eindhoven
Why here
In Brainport it is often the engineer rather than the rep sitting opposite the decision-maker, and that is exactly right: in a qualification process, substance beats polish. But that same technical strength leaves a lot on the table. A technical meeting ends in mutual respect and without an agreement, the question about the next programme is never asked, and price gets discussed as though it were an apology. We train three things for that. The first is the next step: every meeting ends with what happens now, who does it and when. The second is the price conversation against a buyer holding your quote next to an offer from a low-wage country, where the answer is about lead time, scrap rates and thinking along, not about the rate. The third is probing for the programme behind the enquiry, because that is where the volume sits.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
We first join a customer visit or review a technical conversation, marking where it ended without anything being agreed. With technical people that moment almost always falls in the same place. We build the first block entirely around it, with role-plays on objections drawn from your own enquiries: the comparison against a cheaper offer, the request for a shorter lead time, the customer who only wants this one batch. After that we coach per running deal.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our quote is being compared to an offer from a low-wage country. How do you handle that conversation?
By moving the conversation to what the buyer actually has to justify. Alongside the rate sit lead time, scrap rates, transport time, the chance of a revision arriving halfway, and how much internal work it creates when something goes wrong. We train your people to ask about those points rather than assert them: what happens at your end if a batch arrives two weeks late. When the buyer works it out themselves, it is their conclusion, and that carries more weight than your argument.

How do you teach an engineer to book a follow-up?
By making it a standard closing line that has nothing to do with selling. At the end of a technical meeting they name what logically follows — reviewing a drawing, making a sample, scheduling an audit — and ask who picks that up on their side and when. To a technician that is an ordinary working agreement rather than a commercial trick, which is exactly why it sounds credible. We rehearse that sentence until it comes automatically, even when the meeting has overrun.
