Outbound & Cold Outreach in Eindhoven
Why here
Outreach into a high-tech supply chain nearly always fails on tone. A buyer at a system builder or an engineer preparing a supplier choice does not read a message containing a promise; within two seconds they are looking for something measurable. So we write the opening from capacity and technology: which operation, which material, which batch sizes, which lead time. No mission, no adjectives. The second difference is the timescale. A sequence of three messages in two weeks does not fit a market where the trigger only appears when a programme shifts or a supplier runs short of capacity, so we build a rhythm running across quarters with substantive reasons in between. And because a message here is almost always forwarded to a technical colleague, it has to be understandable without your name attached, with an attachment that holds up unexplained.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
The capability overview comes first, because it becomes the basis of every message: operations, machines, tolerances, batch sizes and the certifications you can evidence. At many companies that document does not exist in usable form, and it turns out to be useful internally too. Then we write the sequence and the call script off the same content, and set up a separate sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked. In the first weeks we join the calls to hear which technical opening actually opens the conversation.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our operation is hard to explain in one sentence. How do you open then?
Not with an explanation but with a boundary. What a technical reader understands immediately is a combination of numbers: this material, this size, this tolerance, this batch size, this lead time. From that they work out for themselves whether you are interesting, and it works faster than any description. The explanation comes in the conversation afterwards. What you must never do in the first line is explain what kind of company you are, because that is exactly the line where they stop reading.
-
When is it worth approaching a system builder that already has suppliers?
At the moment their existing chain comes under pressure, which happens more often than you would think: a programme accelerating, a supplier watching lead times climb, a new product with different requirements, or a second source being mandated internally. Those moments usually announce themselves in job adverts and in what an OEM publishes itself. We follow those signals and reach out then, with capacity as the opening rather than a request for an introductory meeting.
