Outbound & Cold Outreach in Tilburg
Why here
A logistics buyer hears somebody with a rate every week. Open with one and within two sentences you have become a comparison. So we open on the operation: a returns flow demanding too much manual handling, a peak that ran tight last year, or a stock position that does not match what the system says. That is a conversation the other party can contribute to, and contributing is the entire point of a first call. The second difference is the calendar. In the weeks before a peak nobody is available, and immediately after one they are, because what went wrong is then painfully clear. We plan the call blocks around that rather than spreading them evenly across the year. Email carries the volume and the repetition; the phone carries the conversation.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Who you want on the line is settled first: the type of company, the role that owns the flow, and the signal making this company relevant now. Then we build the list and walk it through line by line. In the first weeks we write the opening message, two to three follow-ups and the call script carrying the same message, with an objection list that starts at the sentence you hear most often: just send me a rate.
Frequently asked questions
-
What do you say when somebody immediately asks for a rate?
That you can give one as soon as you know what it covers, and then you ask two questions about the flow. A rate without context is a guess you will have to withdraw later. Someone who probes and then still gives a sharp indication is remembered; someone who names a number straight away ends up in a table.

We supply logistics service providers, not shippers. Does that change the approach?
The opening, yes. A service provider does not buy to improve his flow but to improve his utilisation, his margin per pallet or his staffing. That is a different trigger and therefore a different first sentence. The timing shifts too: with service providers there is room during the period when they are preparing their own tenders.
What you invest depends on what we build. The homepage says where it starts.
