Outbound & Cold Outreach in Venlo
Why here
Run the same outreach in two markets and you lose the harder of the two. A German recipient opens with the surname and the title, expects you to state right away why you are writing to him specifically, and wants something to read earlier in the exchange than a Dutch recipient does. The loose, short opening email that reads as efficient in the Randstad reads as unprepared there — and one sentence is enough to be written off. So we build two sequences: their own list, salutation, follow-up rhythm and call script. The German call opens differently: announced, reason first, no detour. For both markets we check the sending setup before the first message, with a separate sending domain, so volume in two languages does not touch deliverability on your main domain.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
First we define per market who you want to speak to and which signal makes a company relevant now. Then we build two lists and check them by hand. Next we write, per market, the opening email, two or three follow-ups and a call script carrying the same message. Meanwhile the sending domain warms up. Only once that stands do the first messages go out.
Frequently asked questions
-
Can we have our Dutch copy translated instead of writing new copy?
You can, but it seldom works. A translated opening email keeps its Dutch structure: short, informal, with the ask at the end. In German the reason is expected up front, the form of address is more formal and the case has to be more concrete. So we write the German sequence separately and have it reviewed by someone working in that market daily.

How does a cold call to Germany differ from one to the Netherlands?
In pace and in structure. The person answering gives their surname and expects you to say within two sentences who you are, on behalf of which company, and why you are calling. The informal opening that loosens a conversation here reads as wasted time there. We walk through that opening with you and review the first calls, so the register is right before you work the list.
What you invest depends on what we build. The homepage says where it starts.
