AI Lead Generation in Venlo
Why here
Selling from Venlo into Germany does not call for a Dutch list with a translation pass; it calls for a German list. The job titles run differently — Einkaufsleiter, Werkleiter, Geschäftsführer — and the person holding the budget often sits a level higher than you would expect in the Netherlands. The sources differ too: company data comes from elsewhere and is structured differently, and a misspelled name or a missing title is noticed immediately over there. We build the selection on attributes that mean something in North Rhine-Westphalia: position relative to the Venlo–Duisburg corridor, type of site, and signals such as a new distribution location or an expansion. AI does the groundwork — searching sources, ordering attributes, de-duplicating — and helps decide per segment which hook fits which signal. Checking stays manual, because in this market one error in the salutation is enough.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Two profiles go side by side first: your Dutch buyer and your German buyer, with the differences spelled out. Then we build the first German list and check a sample by hand on name, title and salutation. After that we write the opening messages per segment and configure the cadence in your CRM, with separate fields for the German market.
Frequently asked questions
-
Can you write the messages in German as well?
Yes, and not as a translation of your Dutch copy. A German opening email is more formal, states earlier why you are writing to this specific company, and points to documentation rather than to enthusiasm. We write that copy separately and have it reviewed by someone who works in the market, because text carried straight over from Dutch reads as careless there.
-
Our market is logistics. Does selecting on company size get you anywhere there?
Barely. Two companies with the same headcount can have completely different freight flows, and the flow is what decides whether you can mean anything to them. So we select on flow and on attributes that describe it: the shipper's sector, the direction of traffic, seasonal pattern, and whether they hold their own storage. That produces a shorter list and more conversations.
