Sales Training & Coaching in Amstelveen
Why here
The core skill in Amstelveen is selling through someone who cannot decide. That calls for questions most sellers find uncomfortable: who signs, above which amount does it go higher, what happens if the headquarters says no, and when do you present it internally. Those questions can be asked without turning blunt, but that is a rehearsed skill rather than a matter of nerve. The second element is language. English at conversation level is not English at negotiation level; the difference sits in nuance, in holding a price without hardening, and in naming an objection without inflating it. So we rehearse in English, with a counterpart who is not a native speaker either. The third is reading pace: mistaking a slow decision process for disinterest leads to escalation, and escalation is the most expensive mistake here.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Live conversations, and the most recent proposals that went to a headquarters, come first. From that we extract which structural question was never asked. The first block covers exactly those questions, rehearsed in role-plays where the counterpart is friendly and holds no mandate. Then follows a block in English at your price level, and coaching in a rhythm where we walk the pipeline with the people themselves.
Frequently asked questions
-
How do you ask a friendly contact whether they are actually allowed to decide?
Not the way you just phrased it. You frame it as a shared planning question: who still needs to see this before it is settled, and what will that person want to know. That asks the same thing without taking anyone's standing away, and in practice your contact then explains how it works internally. That is exactly the information these tracks otherwise stall on, and we rehearse the phrasing until it comes naturally.

Our English is fine. Why rehearse a price conversation in English?
Because being fluent and being precise under pressure are two different things. A price conversation turns on small formulations: setting a limit without hardening, acknowledging an objection without conceding, letting a silence stand without filling it. In a second language, under tension, you reach for the first sentence you find — and that is almost always the most yielding one. That only changes by rehearsing it in the language you will actually use.
