Sales Automation & CRM in Brussels
Why here
In Brussels a CRM needs three things that are optional elsewhere. First, a language per contact, deciding which template applies and who calls; not per company, because inside one organisation one department works in French and another in English. Second, a separate place for the purchasing department, apart from the user, with its own contact history — otherwise the party guarding the procedure stays invisible until it blocks the deal. Third, date fields for procedural moments: submission deadline, written question round, renewal date of a framework agreement. Those dates raise tasks, because here they are hard and they do not move because you are not ready. In the reporting we show the three decision layers separately, so leadership sees where files genuinely stall.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
How a file currently travels through your organisation gets mapped, with the language of each step attached. Then we fix the data model, with language, mandate and procedural dates as fields that drive something. After approval you click through a first working design. In the weeks after we connect mailbox and calendar, prepare templates written per language, and set up reporting around the three roles a deal has to pass.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our current system cannot handle a second language. Do we have to switch?
Almost never straight away. Most packages can genuinely work multilingually; it has simply never been configured and nobody uses it. So we start with what you have: a language field, templates per language, and rules deciding which template a rep is shown. Only when the package genuinely obstructs your process do we build that part ourselves and connect it to what already runs.
-
Can tender and procedural deadlines live in the pipeline?
Yes, and it pays to enter them as date fields rather than as notes. A submission deadline or a question round that passes means the deal is over for that cycle, however well the conversation went. By hanging tasks off them with a lead time that matches your own turnaround, the work lands on the table while something can still be done about it rather than the week after.
What you invest depends on what we build. The homepage says where it starts.
