Sales Training & Coaching in Brussels
Why here
Two skills decide in Brussels whether a salesperson makes it, and both are rarely in a training programme. The first is switching: a conversation that starts in Dutch and moves halfway into French or English because a colleague joins. Fall back on translated phrases there and you lose exactly the part of the conversation that covers price and terms. The second is changing register: explaining the same solution to a user who feels a problem and to a purchasing department guarding a procedure requires two different conversations. We rehearse both with real counterparts from your market, in the language it will actually happen in. On top of that comes a third piece, mostly about discipline: learning what you do not say while a procedure is running, because one over-eager phone call can close a file for an entire cycle.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Conversations in every language your team works in go first, with a note on where they turn — usually at the moment the tone becomes more formal or a second person joins. That becomes the first training block, with role-plays against a purchasing department and against a regional director. Between blocks your people apply it and we review the recordings. At the end you have a playbook per language, with the objections and the phrasings that genuinely work in that language.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our reps speak French but do not sell in it. Can that be trained?
Often yes, because the problem is usually vocabulary rather than fluency. Someone can hold a conversation perfectly well and still stall the moment it turns to margin, liability or a renewal clause. We train exactly that vocabulary with exercises on your terms and your price level, and we let the objection arrive in French so the answer gets rehearsed in it too. If it stays too uncomfortable, a different split of the accounts is the honest answer.

How do you train someone for a conversation with a purchasing department?
By rehearsing it as a different conversation rather than a harder version of the same one. A buyer asks about comparability, terms, continuity and risk, and gets little from the enthusiasm that works with a user. In the role-play we deliberately play that counterpart cool, with questions about guarantees and references, so your rep learns that a businesslike answer there creates trust rather than distance.
