High-Ticket Closing in Amersfoort

Why here

Convincing the user is rarely the problem in Amersfoort; it is the phase afterwards where things go wrong. In a group with a central procurement department your substantive case is taken over by someone who looks at terms, liability and supplier risk and does not know you. We run those two conversations in parallel. With the user we build the argument that solves the problem; with procurement we build the file that covers the organisation: references, continuity, data processing arrangements and the question of what happens when things go wrong. At engineering and infrastructure firms the framework contract joins in, where the signature is only the start of a series of call-offs. We make sure each call-off has a named contact and a trigger, instead of waiting for someone to think of you.

No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.

Our approach

For the deal carrying the most weight we read into your margin, your terms and the parties you are compared against. Then comes the decision map: user, advisor, buyer, signatory, and whoever can block it. In the first weeks we join the table with your own rep beside us, and agree in advance where the negotiating room lies. We help write the internal proposal the organisation needs.

Frequently asked questions

  • Procurement joins late and then overturns everything. How do you prevent that?

By involving them earlier than feels comfortable. If procurement only appears at signature, they assess a proposal built without their criteria, which almost always triggers another round. We ask the user early about the buying process, the standard terms and the qualification requirements, and make sure the file exists before it is asked for.

  • We signed a framework contract and little is happening. Can that be repaired?

Usually yes, because the problem is rarely the agreement. Inside a framework contract, work is allocated by project leads and programme managers who do not know you and simply call whoever they already know. We make those people visible, give them a reason to call you, and agree a rhythm with your client in which use of the contract is reviewed periodically.
