AI Lead Generation in Breda
Why here
The moment your list crosses the border, the data changes. Dutch companies you find through the Chamber of Commerce, Belgian ones through the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, and the fields do not line up one to one. Job titles diverge as well: where in the Netherlands you look for a director or commercial manager, Flanders lists a zaakvoerder or a gedelegeerd bestuurder. Fail to translate that and you filter away part of your audience without noticing. So we build two rule sets inside one system, with their own sources, titles and de-duplication. On top of that sit two different signal sets, because Breda serves two kinds of buyer. At the European distribution and head offices it is a change in the organisation or a consolidation of sites; at the West-Brabant family firms it is succession, expansion or an investment in the plant.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Two audiences, two countries, two languages: we first record which role carries the decision in each. Then we build the list with separate de-duplication per country and check it by hand on salutation and language of address. You end up with an overview stating per line which signal is present and which variant of the opening belongs with it.
Frequently asked questions
-
Can we simply extend our Dutch list with Belgian companies?
Technically yes, practically no. The sources differ, the legal forms differ and so do the job titles, so a filter that works in the Netherlands returns half a list in Flanders. Build them alongside each other with their own criteria and keep them separate in your reporting, or you will not know later which market produced the conversations.
-
Our buyers are European distribution centres. Which signal is usable there?
Anything pointing at organisational change: a new site, a consolidation of locations, a shift in the reporting line, or a vacancy for a role that did not exist before. With this kind of organisation the room to switch supplier appears exactly when something internal is changing anyway.
