Sales Training & Coaching in Sint-Niklaas
Why here
The people here who speak to customers most would never call themselves salespeople. They take orders, write quotations and solve problems, and precisely because of that they hold a trust an external rep could not build in months. What they lack is not persuasiveness but a handful of moments: asking what else is going on when a customer calls, noticing that an agreement expires next year, and moving the rate conversation towards volume and term. We train that on their own conversations, without turning them into something they do not want to be. Coaching here is also a way to keep people. In a labour market where Antwerp and Ghent sit within the hour, weekly attention from a manager who knows what to look for is a reason to stay, and its absence is a reason to leave.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
The missed moments sit at the internal desk on ordinary working days, so that is where we listen in first. Almost always it turns out several openings pass by each day that nobody recognises as one. The training plan follows from that, short and practical, with role-plays on conversations held that same week. After that we coach in a rhythm: debriefing calls, walking the open files, and teaching the manager to run that review himself.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our internal desk does not want to become salespeople. So what exactly do you train?
The part they already do without calling it that. Someone on the phone with customers every day about deliveries and complaints hears information a salesperson never gets. What we train is recognising that information and acting on it: probing when a customer mentions something in passing, agreeing a next step instead of closing the call, and flagging when an agreement is nearing its end. None of that changes their role, and it returns more to your pipeline than another vacancy would.

Does coaching genuinely help retain people?
It is no guarantee, but its absence is certainly one of the reasons people leave. Anyone working without feedback does not know whether they are doing well, and starts looking elsewhere the moment someone approaches them. A fixed weekly review where conversations are debriefed and files are walked through gives direction and shows that someone is being invested in. We put that rhythm in place and train your manager to run it, so it survives after we leave.
What you invest depends on what we build. The homepage says where it starts.
