Sales Training & Coaching in Ede
Why here
In many companies around Ede, product developers and food technologists run the customer conversations. They know exactly why their product performs better, and they explain it — often for twenty minutes, to a buyer steering on margin, continuity and certification who checked out after three sentences. That is not a knowledge problem but a translation problem, and it is trainable. We practise converting a technical claim into the listener's language: less waste, fewer rejects, less friction at the audit. Alongside that we train the piece that is structurally missing here: qualifying before the explaining starts. Ask first where this buyer is currently stuck and half your presentation stays in your pocket. Role-plays run on your own objections, including the regional classic: just send a sample and we will take a look.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Listening comes first: real customer conversations, the quotes that came out of them, and the follow-up afterwards. From that we locate where it breaks down, usually the moment the explaining starts before the question is clear. That becomes the training plan, built on your own proposition and price level. In the weeks after we run blocks with role-plays, and then review recorded calls with the people who held them.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our technologists do not want to become salespeople. Is that a problem?
No, and it does not need to happen. They do not have to learn to persuade; they have to learn to ask questions before explaining, and to put their own knowledge into the buyer's language. Most experience that as doing the job better rather than taking on a new role. The sales tasks they genuinely dislike we place with someone else.

What do you do with the objection 'just send a sample'?
We treat it as what it is: a polite way to end the conversation. In training we practise the counter-question — who assesses the sample, against what criteria, and when will you hear back. Without those three answers, no sample leaves the building. It feels awkward at first and afterwards saves a great deal of shipping that leads nowhere.
What you invest depends on what we build. The homepage says where it starts.
