Sales Training & Coaching in Enschede
Why here
An engineer who sells does one thing too well: explain. In Twente that produces conversations that are excellent on substance and go nowhere commercially, because nobody ever established whether this party can or wants to decide anything right now. Our training sets qualification against that: first establish what is going on, who decides and when, and only then demonstrate. The second theme is price. In many manufacturers around the Havengebied and Josink Es the quote has become a calculation, and the amount gets named before the value has been discussed. We practise deferring that answer, using objections from your own market. For those selling across the border we train the difference in pace and formality a German buyer expects.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Two sources come first: real conversations we listen in on, and the quotes from the past quarter. That shows where it goes wrong, usually in the first five minutes and at the price question. It becomes the training plan. The first blocks practise qualification and handling the price question, with role-plays on your own objections. We then capture it in a playbook and start coaching in a rhythm, with the founder or manager sitting in.
Frequently asked questions
-
Our founder does the selling and nobody matches him. What is there to train?
Usually not his conversation, but its transferability. A founder sells on authority and substance, and a new hire cannot copy that. We record his conversations, extract which questions and sequences do the work, and turn that into something someone else can execute. It often turns out he skips steps himself that a less familiar name genuinely needs.
-
Our customer asks about price in the first meeting. What should we say?
Neither refuse nor start calculating. We train a middle path: give an honest range, tied to the two or three things that drive the number, then keep asking about the size of the problem. That gives the buyer something to hold on to without pinning you to a calculation before you know what is going on. In the role-plays we practise it until it stops feeling awkward.
