High-Ticket Closing in Deventer
Why here
In a healthy Deventer company a moment arrives when a track comes along that is bigger than anything closed before: a multi-year contract, a complete production line, a framework agreement. The way of selling that always worked — good relationship, solid proposal, patience — stops working there, because now a purchasing department is watching, a lawyer reviews the terms, and someone has to defend it internally to people who have never met you. We take control of a track like that. We map who signs, who advises and who can block, build the proposal on value rather than on hourly rate or unit price, and agree the negotiating room in advance. Then we join the table — first for you, then beside your own rep as he takes it over.
No list of offices — just honesty: we work remote-first and come on-site where it truly matters, by plane if that is what it takes. Travel costs are charged on.
Our approach
Your product, your margin and the parties you are compared with get read into. Then we pick one or two live tracks to step into together and map the decision unit per track. Next we rework the proposal: built on value, with the negotiating room set in advance. After that we come to the table, beside your own rep at first.
Frequently asked questions
-
We either win tenders or lose them; there is no negotiating. What do you add?
The work before the tender goes out. Once a tender is published the playing field is fixed and you are filling in a form. The room sits in the months before: knowing it is coming, helping sharpen the specification, and being known to the people who write the requirements. That can be organised, and it is not tender work but sales behaviour.
-
Our reps never explicitly ask for the order. Can that be changed?
Usually yes, and it goes faster if we demonstrate it at the table first. On larger tracks that is the difference between a deal that lands and a deal that keeps slipping. Per meeting we agree which concrete next step you want to walk out of the room with, and let the rep name that step himself as soon as he can carry it.
What you invest depends on what we build. The homepage says where it starts.
