Trust and privacy
The legal documents on this site tell you what we do. This page shows it too: who gets to see data, what lives in your browser, how to compose a request yourself, and where our statement is not complete yet. Trust is not a promise, it is visibility.
Our processors
This is the list our data processing agreement until now only promised "on request": the parties involved in running this site. Where our policy names a country or place of establishment, it is listed here; where it does not, that is stated just as plainly. The full account with roles and transfer rules is in the privacy policy under "Sharing and processors".

An honest accessibility statement
A statement that only lists highlights is not a statement. This is what we can demonstrate, and what is still missing.
- The site is built with WCAG 2.2 AA as its target: semantic headings, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, touch targets of at least 44 pixels, and navigation that works entirely by keyboard.
- Animations follow the prefers-reduced-motion setting: if you switch motion off, you get a calm site. Our build checks that automatically, together with overflow and contrast passes.
- An automated contrast check with axe-core runs on the home page in both languages and finds zero issues there; colors and text tints are defined in theme tokens for both light and dark display.
- Every page declares its language, and the legal documents state unambiguously that the Dutch text is binding.
- What is still missing: there has been no full, independent WCAG audit yet. Our checks are automated and do not cover everything the directive asks for; manual research is still open.
- The embedded calendar and WhatsApp are third-party services; their accessibility is outside our control.
- Hit a problem? Email us at website@dcraftofsales.com. Rather report a fault right away? The feedback button in the bottom-right corner does that; the report lands with the agency that builds the site, and the privacy policy describes what travels with it.
What would you like to request?
You can exercise any right by emailing website@dcraftofsales.com. This form composes that email for you: choose your right and your own mail program opens with a ready-made request, including a reference you can quote. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself, and nothing is stored. Do you use webmail in the browser? Email website@dcraftofsales.com directly: same route.
Your request is drafted
The email is ready in your own mail program, with your reference {id} in the subject. Send it from there to submit your request to us; if you close your mail program, nothing has been sent.
The statutory period for responding to a GDPR request is one month (Article 12(3) GDPR). That period starts when your request reaches us, not when the email is drafted.
The data processing agreement on paper
The data processing agreement is published on this site as a complete, current text. Its print carries a parties and signature block at the bottom, with fill-in lines for your organization: open the document, choose Print or Save as PDF in your browser, and fill in what is yours.
